From the spotlight to the tech booth, students will have multiple ways to get involved with this year’s play.
The stage will soon be open to students interested in performing, creating and working behind the scenes. Play auditions are scheduled for late November through early December, giving students time to prepare for the upcoming production.
The audition process will consist of three parts: a 60–90 second monologue, a 60–90 second singing performance and a 30–60 second group choreography section.
For students who prefer working behind the scenes, technical positions will also be available through applications. Tech work gives students another way to contribute to a production without performing on stage.
Whether students are experienced performers or interested in trying theater for the first time, the production provides an opportunity to collaborate with other students and contribute to a larger project.
